Your Visa Journey, Beautifully Organised. Frictionless Global Passages, Complete Consular Mastery.

How early should I begin my Schengen or UK visa application before traveling from Sri Lanka?

Schengen applications can usually be lodged up to six months before travel and no later than 15 calendar days before it; UK visitor visas can be applied for up to three months ahead. Appointment slots in Colombo fill quickly in peak season, so we recommend starting 8 to 10 weeks before departure.

What happens if an embassy has no available biometric appointment dates in Colombo?

We monitor the VFS Global and TLScontact calendars daily, secure released slots as soon as they appear and, where the embassy offers them, book priority or premium appointments. If dates remain unavailable we advise on realistic travel dates before you commit to bookings.

Can Summit Lanka assist travelers with a previous visa rejection or refusal history?

Yes. We review your refusal letter, address each stated reason with stronger supporting documents, and advise whether to reapply or use any available review route. Prior refusals must always be declared, and we help you explain them clearly.

How quickly can you issue a Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for inbound tourists?

We submit your ETA as soon as we have your passport details, and most approvals arrive within one to two working days. Approval is issued by the Sri Lanka Department of Immigration and Emigration, so we recommend applying at least a week before arrival.

Do you provide embassy-compliant flight reservations and hotel vouchers without non-refundable upfront purchases?

Yes. We provide verifiable flight reservations and refundable hotel bookings that meet embassy documentation requirements, so you do not need to buy non-refundable tickets before your visa is granted.
