Every bespoke itinerary created by Summit Lanka Travels (Pvt) Ltd is personalized to your exact specifications. Initial travel proposals and cost estimates remain indicative and non-binding for 14 calendar days from transmission.

• A booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of the initial commitment deposit and signed digital confirmation from the lead traveler.
• The lead passenger warrants full legal authority to confirm itineraries on behalf of all traveling companions and party members.
• Upon confirmation, you will receive an official Confirmation Folio & Booking Voucher detailing your reserved accommodations, guides, and activities.

We believe in absolute transparency with zero hidden local handler fees. Invoices are denominated in USD, EUR, GBP, or LKR, settled securely via 3D-Secure encrypted payment gateways.

Should you need to cancel or alter your journey, please notify us promptly in writing at concierge@summitlanka.com. Cancellations are calculated from the official notification date:

Note on Private Charters: Seaplane, helicopter, and exclusive estate buyouts carry distinct zero-tolerance supplier covenants that are non-refundable once secured.

• Your international passport must remain valid for at least six (6) months from your date of departure from Sri Lanka, with at least two blank entry pages.
• International travelers must obtain an approved Sri Lankan ETA / eVisa prior to embarking on their flight.
• Guests should inform our concierge of relevant physical limitations, severe allergies, or dietary requirements ahead of wilderness treks or remote lodge stays.

All guests are strictly required to hold adequate international travel insurance providing full medical, emergency repatriation, trip interruption, and baggage coverage throughout their stay.

Summit Lanka partners with licensed luxury transport operators, safari naturalists, and certified boutique hotels. We cannot be held liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages arising from independent voluntary activities or guest negligence.

Neither party shall incur liability when itinerary fulfillment is prevented by events outside reasonable control (including severe monsoonal storms, airline strikes, national park closures, or civil advisories).

In any unavoidable event, our senior operational team will actively coordinate seamless alternative luxury arrangements of equal standard, subject to your approval.

Sri Lanka is a sanctuary of profound spiritual traditions and sensitive biodiversity. We invite all guests to share our dedication to ethical tourism:

• Respect sacred temple etiquette, covering shoulders and knees, removing shoes and headwear.
• Follow wildlife viewing guidelines, maintaining silent reverence without disturbing natural habitats.
• Engage honorably with indigenous and local artisan communities.

These Terms and Conditions are governed solely by the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. In the unlikely event of an unresolved dispute following mutual consultation, proceedings fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
