What are the standard booking deposits and payment structures? 
A deposit confirms your itinerary and secures hotels, guides and rail seats, and the balance is due before arrival. Your travel designer sends the exact schedule with your quote. We accept bank transfer and major cards in USD, GBP, EUR and LKR.
What are Summit Lanka's cancellation and postponement terms?
Terms depend on how close to arrival you change plans and on each hotel’s own policy. Postponements are handled flexibly wherever our partners allow, and the full terms are set out in writing before you pay a deposit.
How does Summit Lanka facilitate Sri Lanka ETA visas & outbound paperwork?
Our visa desk checks your passport details, guides you through the Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), and prepares the supporting documents for any onward destinations on your itinerary.
Do you offer private VIP airport meet & greet in Colombo (BIA)?
Yes. A representative can meet you at Bandaranaike International Airport, assist with arrival formalities and luggage, and hand you over to your private chauffeur. Ask your travel designer to add it to your itinerary.
